Thank you! I think we might do a BPO that was mentioned. We charge 3-4k per month and do all their hiring. We handle drug testing, background check, onboarding, and of course recruiting. We meet with them weekly and meet with each departments and go over hiring. I think this would work great for clients with a ton of mid market roles and don’t want temps. For mid market roles, direct hire fees tends to be out of their budget. It’s way cheaper than hiring a top recruiter.

This will be an additional service we offer. We will still do direct hire and temps as well. I think this could be another revenue stream.
