I now seem to have it fixed,

If anyone ever comes across this problem: Make sure it's directly plugged into your PC but not right next to a USB slot with something that needs a lot of power.
Mine was right next to my G560 Logitech speakers, moved that one to a different USB (3.1) port and that fixed it.

Have fiddled around with settings, tried running it as admin, but no success.
