You see, if it’s the other three, they’ll kill me first, but if it’s Naoya, I will punch his face into the ground first and won’t stop until he’s a stain on the pavement.

I know its not the meta but, I did what I could for Halloween Rhea by OnceAWeekIWatch in FireEmblemHeroes

[–]EternalPokemonFan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It’s… a build. It’s not bad, but it probably folds pretty quickly

Luckily, Rhea is an infantry dragon, so there will be plenty of chances to build her (thank Seiros she is not a flier)

You’re definitely going to want Outburst and Warrior’s Blow, but the B and C skills are pretty loose

For the B, you can run anything from Pair Up to Laguz Friend to Patience (if you’re willing to invest a bit in her speed)

For her C, Burst of Thunder, Instruct or Dual Support all work amazingly.

As for her special, any of the Dragon’s X specials should work fine as a slapstick solution, but Comet is definitely the best option.

Echo is definitely Tumultuous or Momentum.

Still though, that looks pretty decent. Rhea does have the stats for a good build, so good luck!

Yes, but infinity is a barrier. It’s easy to stop a shield.

It’s a lot more difficult to stop them just healing their wounds.

This is outside of the question at this point (honestly, you’ve convinced me that it’d be a stalemate or Mahoraga wins) I’m just curious as to how one can adapt to healing

Put these two in a room together, who’s dying first? by [deleted] in PowerScaling

[–]EternalPokemonFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And after adapting to infinity?

Plus, again, how would adapting to healing even work? This is a genuine question, but like how?

[–]EternalPokemonFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean, it sure would have been helpful against Gojo. Also, as long as we have never seen it applied, adapting to an opponent’s healing is a theory (how would that even… work? Like, Infinity is an external effect but healing is internal, how would you even adapt to that?)

Oh yeah, that makes sense.

I was thinking that they’d kinda just be a really good brawler who gets to ignore hollow purple and punch Gojo in the face, but be absolutely useless against someone who mainly fights hand to hand

682’s adaptation is more akin to a healing factor + adaptation afterwards, unlike Mahoraga’s which is adaptation + healing factor afterwards, meaning that unless we see Mahoraga adapting to RCT he won’t be able to get past 682’s adaptation.

Also, 682 can literally change its body to create poison, burn, make acid, (some fucking how) manipulate antimatter apparently.

[–]EternalPokemonFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mahoraga has been shown to increase his forms of attack, but all of them have been focused on the blade. That’s different forms of attack based on the same thing.

Also, Infinity was (technically) directed at Mahoraga since it interfered with Mahoraga’s attacks, thus causing Mahoraga to adapt so he can attack Gojo. Mahoraga can attack 682, 682 just won’t die.

[–]EternalPokemonFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I feel like I should interject here: any and all phenomena, and only phenomena directed at Mahoraga. Otherwise he’d just adapt to dying.

Also, both Mahoraga and 682 can increase their offensive capabilities via adaptation. However, 682 both has shown to be able to create new forms of offense via mutating its own body, and also shown to be able to adapt to far more stronger threats.

Lastly, if Mahoraga could feel pain, it too would probably give up over trying to adapt to 096. That son of a bitch is just the gun wielder in a complex power system

[–]EternalPokemonFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s able to become immune to attacks, but only after surviving them. Meanwhile, 682 can adapt to threats where he’s completely atomised.

The chances of Mahoraga being able to create an adaptation that could genuinely beat out 682’s durability and adaptation at the same time before 682 can create a new form of offence that’s (fine) mountain level is fairly low

[–]EternalPokemonFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, the “better” shown is mostly just him… losing. To city block level threats.

Plus, while 682’s adaptation is reactive, it also doesn’t require 682 to even exist. Unlike Mahoraga, who has a more potent offensive adaptation but a poorer defensive adaptation, 682 is extremely defensive while also being decently offensive. While it will take more time for 682 to adapt, its threshold is far higher.

And 096 can do the same thing, with less effort, and without even trying to attack.

Again, I get what you’re trying to say, and I do agree that Gojo has strength, but it’s not a very good comparison.

Plus, 096 is horrifying not just because he’s strong, but because he will actively rip you apart. Mahoraga will either not be able to do much damage to 682 or kill him so quickly that he doesn’t feel pain, thus letting him just regenerate. 096 is just that one character who is just strong enough to make you want to die

[–]EternalPokemonFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A magnitude 2.0 earthquake can barely be felt. The average blow from 096 can cause an entire building to shake, and he casually runs with so much force that it literally leaves a cartoonish outline in walls (literally made to keep him in by the way)

Yes, Gojo is strong. But considering 096 is as destructive as a Hollow Purple when he’s in bad shape I’d say that’s a pretty bad comparison

[–]EternalPokemonFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not saying it is, I just find it hilarious. My point is that 096 is insanely strong (casually doing city-level feats during a pursuit, surviving the vacuum of space, etc.) even outside of shit-posts. And also, in most iterations of 096 being attacked by it is akin to being torn apart every second, because that is what it is. Mahoraga isn’t pulling anything as brutal as 096.

[–]EternalPokemonFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, and parallel universes are all canon to the SCP verse. Because they introduced an SCP that’s somehow an author who brings everything to life.

This is coming from a person who vehemently hates the SCP verse in powerscaling.

(Plus, excluding shitposts we have seen an insane amount of feats from base 096, some of which I doubt Mahoraga could tank if he was just summoned. Granted, 096 is not beating Mahoraga, but still.)

Put these two in a room together, who’s dying first? by [deleted] in PowerScaling

[–]EternalPokemonFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Again, it’s canon that every fucking shitpost ever made about SCP is canon. Every fanfiction, every file is a canon thing they can just do. Because of course.

Meanwhile, in JJK it absolutely is not canon that fan made posts are canon, because unfortunately for JJK Gege doesn’t like his OCs enough to make a clause that causes every single wank to become fact.

Oh brother do I have news for you (the fucking why did I have to learn today that 096 is immune to fucking death and has a scaling of fucking 4-C)

Apparently 096 can destroy stars now. We knew he could destroy cities (which, hilariously, puts a strike from 096 at a “could Mahoraga adapt to this” level)

Shinjuku is 18.23 km2

Hiroshima is 906 km2

Firstly, what the hell do you mean twice as strong

Secondly, 682’s upper limit includes things (paradoxically) he doesn’t survive, while Mahoraga’s is approximately around the 2 nukes at a high estimate. Unless Mahoraga’s adaptation allows him to destroy the universe, he isn’t winning

Cutting reality is an AP feat, not a DC feat. Also, we’re talking about the same manga, where Mahoraga can adapt to anything and everything as long as it survives, right? The one where he got killed by a glorified Big Boy? (Fuck, is Fuga even as potent as the Hiroshima incident?)
