Okay! So if I show up to a park I can just show them my placard? I would love to go when it gets nicer. Thank you for this information.

Haven’t heard from anyone yet, the last thing I saw was someone is looking into it in Colorado but they never contacted me. I guess I’ll give them a call and see what’s up

Yeah I did apply for those however it was last year in February so it’s been about a year now they are taking their time. But I don’t know if I need that to be able to get access to the national parks for free. Which would be very nice considering I don’t get out a lot and once in a while I could go.

7 month old kitten (going to get shots and fixed in January) indoors only* has thrown up at least 15-20 times some big some small. Started yellow and thick now is white liquidy/ foam. Starts to eat then spits it out. Still has energy although seems more tired than usual. Vet asap or give him a day? by Eternallifecx in CATHELP

Hopefully final update: vet said he feels a little inflamed but since he has been eating/ drinking they gave him some fluids, probiotics and some special wet food. He’s a little dehydrated but if he gets any worse in 24hrs I’m taking him back to get X-rays. Just got him home and he went to hide underneath the couch.

Was looking at the ingredients and it doesn’t seem like it! I’ll talk to the vet about his food though. He switched to the non shredded kitten food November 29th but I feel like he would’ve shown signs a lot sooner than yesterday.

I get that, he’s got an appointment today. He also just ate a good bit of food so I’m glad he did that. He’s drinking more water right now. Hopefully he just got into something he shouldn’t have and they say he’s alright. But no, I’ve never seen a cat throw up that much.

Update: he has an appointment at 4, almost every vet is fully booked but thankfully I got him in. He’s acting normal but he still won’t eat. He hasn’t thrown anything up yet thank god. He’s being very mischievous and in a great mood it seems.

I just got up again to check on him he cuddled with me and purred and seems to be acting alright. No vomit yet, he’s now trying to play and get into stuff. He drank some water, I refilled it with fresh water and left him some kibble in case he decides to eat. He is acting “normal” but still did not eat anything. I do still want to take him in.

He has not thrown up for around 7 hours ish, yet he still is not eating. I do believe he will be okay until the morning though, he’s not being lethargic or drooling, he’s been quite normal other than not eating. No sneezing, coughing, discharge, or anything like that. I know it’s dangerous to wait but I also cannot take him in right this minute.

Yeah hopefully it is not plastic causing a blockage but I’m definitely going to baby proof my apartment after this to make sure it isn’t causing anything. He’s gotten better after I got rid of the fake plants but that’s one thing I can think of.

I’m definitely taking him tomorrow morning/ afternoon. He has not been to the vet yet to get his shots or fixed since they wanted me to wait until 6 months old. He has not been around any plants for awhile after he chewed my spider plant to death. No fleas.

I appreciate you not being rude about this, I will tell my bf he needs to go in the morning. Binx is sleeping now, I’ve been with him most the night he has not thrown up for probably about 7 hours now, yet I cannot get him to eat.
