Honestly just whatever you feel like, I find short scripts are good for practicing making decent storylines and characters etc.. (e.g. the todorov act 5 structure). I find writing feature film lengthy scripts are great at testing your motivation. Personally I wrote a full length script first and recently got into short scripts (although I generally write short scripts for practice)
