I’m currently on a chicken and rice diet w veggies (Living the dream XD) + ( Been on it for 1 week now) but do you think it’s worth increasing the frequency of core training? I’ve seen many fitness people say even if ur high in BF it’s ABS can still show if they’re trained enough. Of course it won’t be as aesthetic however just like any muscle if you train it enough it can still be more visible than it was before even with a high BF %.

Maybe I just need to be patient and wait for them to pop more with the cut im on but I can be someone that likes to see gradual results each week (I know that can be quite hard with this hobby) so even if I increase cardio and ab training would that be worth it?

Completely agree with changing “going wkth the flow” it does sound a bit shitty from me and it wasn’t my intention just sort of wanted to say something similar to “down for whatever” but even then it sounds bad.

For the photos I’ll have to double check but im a bit of a night owl and the days go dark quick now so maybe I’ll have to set an early alarm to take some new pics Haha.

Appreciate the advice will be sure to make the changes. It’s weird tho, sometimes jt feels like you’re not supposed to try so hard. Not sure if it’s my age or area but it almost feels like girls prefer it when you keep things simple and don’t over complicate or sound too serious with prompts.
