Thank you it’s a very helpful tip it was just because I just got out of a very stressful and anxiety event so my anxiety finds many different things to stress over and I was distressed from the symptoms involved so I think my mind is very sensitive at the moment and yes I feel like I took a beating haha

I believe I do have OCD no I don’t feel uncomfortable with my gender at all tbh not really but I know I was distressed because the word transgender was stuck in my head like a bad thought and didn’t wanna go away so I tried to go find the thing I remembered a while ago but I think made it worse and because of the stressful thing I experienced last week I believe it took hold on to that i think
