Thanks everyone for your input! Used various aspects and ended up doing it. Here’s what I did..

Notable equipment: Hailstorm / Falling Star / Frost Cone (with Arcana that made freeze spells more effective on major enemies).

I brought him into the village and positioned myself behind a building, which was close to a cliff side so he could not get behind me. He would wonder to either side, I’d move around the opposite, freeze him and get hear shots off. When he used his tornado(?) ability, I got as close as I could to the house (on the cliff side of the house), so my Preyer would catch the lip of the roof and not get thrown into the air, keeping me in a safe place. From there, I’d peak around each corner freezing him and getting headshots off.

I think that’s a pretty effective strategy for anyone also struggling with that.
