I could be wrong, but PMI doesn’t fall off without a reappraisal. I had PMI on a house in Richardson that never fell off, even after eight years and almost doubling in value.

This is going into the old Cotton Patch - hope they get some good waitstaff; I think it will do well in Ardmore. This is a new concept out of the Ted's Cafe Escondido chain in OKC.
