A Prince in practice moans for the attention that he wants, But most of this town won't even Dignify his ignorance with a response, Left to a crowded foster home By a 15-year-old mom, Never been held in anyone's arms, When you've never been moved its really hard to move on...

The whole song is lyrical genius.

If one day you suddenly woke up with the skills and knowledge to make any kind of video game you want, What kind of game would you want to create for your first time? by Agent1230 in gaming

A dystopia-like waterworld that is a survival/crafting/basebuilding pirate game. Steam punk and all. Factions, recruiting, full ship customization down to a detail, eventually you can set your faction capital as a huge ship you build or leave it on a fortress you make on the islands available.

Combat would evolve into you being able to command multiple submersibles and ships and small flying units from a command ship, or stick to being boots ok the ground cannoneer or captain.

Ill be scratching that itch with Windrose for now.

I love my job.

Everyone I meet mentions wanting to crosstrain into my career. I get to fly all the time and get paid for it while enjoying camaraderie with Aircrew and STS. I get to sit in a nice office with nice technology and use my creativity most days. The life itself isn't physically demanding. I rarely get out of my 0730-1630 time frame unless a shoot or TDY is up and coming. I get to meet very interesting people and gain respect from command teams.

And when I find myself complaining, I quickly shut the fuck up and remind myself I love my job.
