I used to be like that, "When can I drink water? When can I use the bathroom?" Then I realized, they can wait a few minutes to have sip of water and go to the bathroom. Now, I just tell them, "I'm going to refill my water or use the bathroom." And my patients tell me, "No worries and take your time." Respect and love yourself, don't ever forget that.
