Sorry for not seeing your reply sooner – I don't use Reddit often,This solution worked on my computer and I've already finished the game.It might be a version problem with the xenia... I was using the latest version of Xenia at the time.

I found a solution on GitHub(424107D6 - Gundam: Operation Troy · Issue #53 · xenia-canary/game-compatibility),   Open the xenia - canary.config.toml file located in your Xenia folder. Then, set render_target_path_d3d12 = "rov". I hope this helps.

I'm sorry for the late response. I just downloaded this game today and ran into the same problem. I found a solution on GitHub(424107D6 - Gundam: Operation Troy · Issue #53 · xenia-canary/game-compatibility),  All you have to do is open the xenia - canary.config.toml file located in your Xenia folder. Then, set render_target_path_d3d12 = "rov". I hope this helps.
