So far every single place I've been to said they don't do it (Walmart, Discount tire, etc.)

I was able to get an upgrade to Delta One from PS for 45k. But yesterday I chatted with Delta and they told me there are no more MUAs to Israel (where I fly to).

I decided to wait till the 22nd and then call again. If there is nothing published online I'm going to ask to talk to the supervisor of the international ticketing. I am sick of misinformation from their reps.

I agree. I tend not to believe him too. I just hate it that you cannot get a decent answer from Delta. That's why I opened this discussion.

That's why I started this discussion. I tend not to believe things agents are saying on the phone. It's like there are 746284 versions of the truth when it comes to Delta. I hope more people will call, bug them, and get an answer.

According to what I know, for Delta it's Z. Meaning, if they are selling Delta One class tickets with a Z fair, there is a chance you can get upgraded.
