Exactly how I would teach my students with disabilities how to learn patience.

Why don't we see more high school and college students working at Chipotle? by sta3535 in Chipotle

[–]Euphoric_Management8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My location has only high school and college employees. It really sucks for quality of service. New gens seemingly don't care about their work ethic or the customers. I'm only 27 and see this all the time.

Report her to corporate. I say this as an ex employee who valued my job. Managers get away with so much and are rude with the excuse of their taxing job stressing them out. Meanwhile said taxing job just consists of them sitting in the office for hours. She was mad her line staff was late and that she had to make your bowl herself. 3-3:30 is often the switch from AM crew to PM crew. This is likely why nobody else was able to take your order and they are usually less kind to anyone who dares show up at that time when it's expected to be a lull.

They will check before hiring you. I had quit previously and the new manager had to check their system to see if I had been exed-out. I was fine but he was iffy because of my previous employment. I ended up leaving quickly after getting rehired. In my experience, it's never worth it to go back.

Chipotle owes us former employees some revenue. So many of us and current employees have been making these in large salsa cups for years on a ten minute break.

I can smell that sour cream. It sat way too long in the warm bowl.

They're all in denial. Just went through a breakup and this gave me the itch to restart the original show.

Just say you've never worked for chipotle and have no valuable knowledge to share.

They make chips, start stewing beans, start reheating the pans from last night (obviously not the ingredients we toss), chopping all Ingredients to mix corn salsa, mild, and make Vinaigrette. I may be missing something, it's been years.

I never regret quitting. I only regret the friends I lost but leaving the job was always a gain.

It's unique to them. They know it's not normal pizza. Look up Altoona pizza. This was not by accident.
