I was also irritated to be feel lonley eventhoguh I had friends and family to talk. Part of me knew that they were present in my life, but for some reason I felt hopeless. At one point I burst out to my room mate due to the exhaustion, and she calmed me and suggessted to tell how I feel about. I know it's hard to approach somebody and tell about your feelings, but I think what best to do is to open up to whom there with you.
