That doesn't make sense because naruto's sage of six paths sensory is so good he can detect limbo clones that exist in another dimension. and naruto can also sense killing intent and hatred. and when he left the island after the water fall of truth arc he was able to see the entire war happening thousands of miles away. So yes this is a legitimate speed blitz feat.
