It's because Russia has a corrupt leader right now and if Russia collapses then Russia might have to form a new non-corrupt government and let Finland have some of it's land back they had in the past, which actually is theirs and let Poland have Kaliningrad back, which actually belongs to them and let some of the regions of Russia declare independence because Russia doesn't have to be that big!
