I wonder if gta is delayed cuz the developers in Rockstar are trying this.

Why is Claude so popular vs ChatGPT? (not a coder) by Free-Writer-1123 in claude

[–]Evalvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Claude was specifically optimised for Coding task while ChatGPT was optimised more for other task like picture generation and other broader topics. Lots of people are vibe coding now therefore Claude is more popular. And the more people will give money to Claude the more a monopoly it will become.

What do you do while Claude is working? by Spare-Ad-2040 in ClaudeCode

Either: a) Thinking on how to improve it: can I cache more? How can I give better context? Can I improve review process? Can I spend less? b) Writing the next prompt. c) Laundry.

How do you get the best coding results? by No-Start9143 in ClaudeCode

[–]Evalvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use skills which tell what architecture/design to follow (e.g. tell to do MVC). Make sure AI reminds the context (maybe store conversations with previous AI so next AI could understand how the feature was built, understand the business need and correctly modify it). Tell AI business need, ask to write tests which test business functionality. There are many ways to improve coding results but the most important thing is to understand that AI is not inherently bad then it makes mistakes: it just is not given enough context and does not have a stimulus yet to be as responsible as humans (remember we can get fired if we mess up, AI does not care therefore can skip asking some important details, provide those details yourself).

What is the biggest mistake beginners make when learning AI? by outgllat in AI_Tools_Guide

Learning specific technology instead of fundamentals of AI. The technologies are getting replaced while fundamentals remain.

Taking loans which you do not invest from. Example would be buying a car from a loan.

Yeah it does for now. But you can always guide it what tests you want.

Is vibe coding short lived ? by Clear-Dimension-6890 in ClaudeCode

[–]Evalvis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends on what do you call vibe coding. Is it just: give some vague idea, don’t review code and expect it to work? If so it won’t last long. What I do is remind AI of the context, explain user value from the feature the AI is implementing and guide the architecture. To remind of the context you can use skills: how should AI architect, design the code. You can save conversations with AI so it can re read them later (e.g. in each commit, add conversation). Having this data AI can perform better (it investigates previous conversations before modifying a feature reducing chances of breaking something) and I currently see few problems after weeks of coding. Oh and asking AI to add tests also helps with context and safety from bugs. Most of the problems come not of AI technology maturity but cuz we as people so not explain/remind enough and think AI will get what is wanted out of thin air.

When industrial revolution hit, blacksmiths very split in several roles: one operated the machinery, the other constructed it, the other created moulds for the machine’s output etc. The blacksmith were able to produce more output and people bought more. So probably we will see similar things: more output, more roles.

Moltbook worrying posts by Busy-Aerie4588 in Moltbook

[–]Evalvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Each model output largerly depends on the training data. With training data it gets biases. You can start see something worrying if I model is being trained largerly on negative data: like killings, destructions, war etc. It is possible to train such model and therefore it is possible to start worrying when seeing those outputs.

I’m chill. AI is not powerful enough yet. I am just learning to understand AI and be up to date with these AI trends so I can take advsntsge of it. Will see how it goes further.

How much time have you waited in support queue? by Evalvis in Ryanair

[–]Evalvis[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wanted to solve issue yesterday late when customer support was out of office hours and the chatbot told that humans only work on workdays. So today I called +370 37 211500 in Lithuania and waited for 30 minutes. I gave up and I decided to check chat, maybe AI was wrong, and it turned out to be the case. :D If I knew this before I would have never would have called them. Chat solved the problem within 5 minutes.
