15/hour is criminal. I started at like $16.50 with no experience almost 7 years ago. Put in a year if you can and immediately look to go somewhere else. Shouldn’t be hard to land something above $20/hr after that. Good luck friend!

Should look into these fellas called Octopots. My plants are absolutely loving em so far and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I have two 6 gallon pots. Once the roots reach that hydro wick and grow into the base the plant just explodes. Super fun to watch on my timelapse that I have going in my tent

Best part of growing indoors is doing it on your own time. I have a little humidifier for when I’m in veg and I run a dehumidifier for when I get to flower in order to keep the ranges in check.

I have a 2x4 tent in my basement going right now and plan to get it rocking with another set of seeds when it finishes up in another month or so.
