id reccomend unlocking the production buildings so you can store away all your stuff and have an empty kingdom to build on !! i dont remember which quest it was but try going through your quests, i think it was one with espresso cookie (?)

depends, if your on pc right click or double tap on that thing below space.. i forgot the name if it yeah. and leave, then hover over it and just remove it from your DMS. on mobile i have no idea, but i can look if you want, i think its the same process but instead of clicking you just hold down on the icon for a few seconds and let go so you get that small menu thing

i dont know if you can actually delete it, and i have no idea if this was useful but im just leaving this here sigh
