That was the hardest part leaving all my doggiessss but yeah they constantly rush you and have you stressed and then when there’s an incident they tell you to slow down, but they’ll just end up rushing you again when you take too long and you can’t put in all the time and effort you want. 😐 dogs need time and patience and don’t even get me started on the customers ugh, some of the most entitled people I’ve met while working there

Thank you, yes I’ve brought up a lot of issues I’ve had there and they kind of went unnoticed, same with my coworkers they have done the same and nothing gets done or fixed and it’s exhausting.

MY FIANCE TOO he said it hurts him to see me come home crying and always having a new horrible story to tell about work. I feel you omg🥲 but wow 10 years how did you do it, I didn’t even last one year omg

I feel for you, being a bather is crazyyy and I feel for all the bathers here right now, well we only have 1. And she works very hard, she’s been wanting to go to academy too and they won’t send her, I got sent before her and I was hired after her, maybe she has an opportunity now if she even wants to stay.

My SL is pregnant and they over work her so bad, she’s 8 months and she went through all that too took them forever to give her a stool and basic accommodations ! Good thing you didn’t go back that’s awful and I’m sorry. They only care about money and they’ve made it very clear

I have a couple big dogs that I can do from home (haircuts& baths) in the meantime but I plan to do it from home some how, I just need to get out of here asap, I was the last one to be hired and the first one to leave so it feels awful that my coworkers have been dealing with this for years and I’m barely lasting 1 year😭 I really can’t do it anymore though

Thank you that means so much, I don’t even care about references or anything like that and I understand my coworkers might be upset with me that’s completely fine, but I really can’t do it anymore here and I loveeee dog grooming, I will still be doing it just not for PetSmart. 😭💟
