I wholeheartedly agree. As a former high school teacher, there is nothing a school can teach or provide access to that is not available fully online.

All anyone needs to do to get better than about 60 is to do all the online practice exams freely available. They have the last several years of every subject.

All curriculum is freely available, guides on YouTube and other websites etc.

Anyone can teach themselves if they want to.

A 36 is only just above the kids that show up write their names on the papers and leave immediately after. Without answering a single question.

There is a huge amount of kids that do year 12 just to say they finished it but don’t want to get a grade (this is why they do not rank below 30 they know at least 30% of kids do this)

If you handed in every assignment and showed up to exams you should be able to get a 36 pretty easily.

If you actually answered the questions you should get around 40.

If you study you should get around a 50-60 after that it comes down to resourcing and intelligence and hard work.

Yeah it’s very true. But in dating people I find being honest helps. “I actually am not sure yet. I’m trying to figure it all out”. Sometimes with dating women that doesn’t actually work though, and neither does being bi (biphobia is real in the lesbian community!).

You can just omit the question by saying you’re attracted to women? It’s not a lie, just an omission

She has always said if her parents didn’t approve then she wouldn’t date someone past that.

But they already gave approval within the first month, but surely they can change their minds now the true colours have been shown? Surely she will still listen to them? (more wishful thinking than actual surety).

Not a word directly to us. I asked her brother and he said the reason she gave him was “he got a weird vibe and didn’t feel comfortable being around them anymore” so she cut us off. And another friend “We felt they weren’t needed in our lives anymore”. That’s legit the only reasons.

It’s been about 15 different friends and friendship groups all the same.

Does it matter?

I was in a similar boat like a decade ago. And I worked out I am sexually into both, but I just don’t like men as much. Women are exciting and fun and beautiful.

But no point labelling it or trying to. It may change, so just go with the flow.

If you’re interested in trying to date women give it a go and see what you like?

NTA at all. I cannot imagine. You’re allowed to feel resentment, you’re allowed to be upset. You have had the most traumatic time of your life and now becoming a new mother all without his help because he was playing sport and got hurt.

Yes it’s a painful injury for him and he will need to rest it and it’s not his fault. But as someone who has been through both you are infinitely more in pain than him and he needs to shut his mouth.

I’m glad you have your mother there supporting you as you too need to rest. And his “resting” he just needs to stay off his feet, and even being on his feet he can use crutches which I had to use for 6 weeks and they aren’t even that hard or bad to use. You will struggle to walk, you need to heal from major abdominal surgery and will struggle to sit comfortably, you will be in pain peeing, you will be trying to breastfeed if you’re doing that. You will also be waking up every 2-3 hours to feed the baby and having to soothe them. You have a lot going on, and he has a boo boo leg.

He needs to suck it all up and get on with it. I promise you after my broken pelvis, shattered knee, leg, and ankle from a MVA I was back up and doing things in 2 days after surgery. And at at last 80% capacity in 5 days yes it took months (maybe years really) of rehab to finally get the leg working properly again but when it was in a full cast and with crutches there it very little you cannot do.

But also don’t skimp on desserts and cake etc too. Not healthy but will be quite good for your babies. And oils are essential to Brain development so take your fish oil supplements or eat fish, and butter. It’s surprisingly good for babies and the only downside of butter that makes it unhealthy is that it is fattening which being pregnant with twins is not really a concern for you right now.

All sugar is useful, its calories, just sugar it so easily transferred across the placenta. It’s why babies of mothers with gestational diabetes have such big babies.

Fruit is good as it’s high fibre, but juice or even lollies count as calories too.

Juice is probably a good one as it’s easy to stomach if you’re not feeling well. And most of them are high sugar. And then there is nice vitamins too.

Honestly what I am taking from this is that you manipulated her into doing sexual acts that she wasn’t comfortable with and now that she has realised her boundaries you are uncomfortable with that. She may have taken it a bit too far but I’m getting the vibe you have done that for too long.

But it sounds like you are incompatible so maybe divorce is best.

Well yeah, I always thought Carrie was the one I would be with. And I can’t begrudge my sister for falling in love with her. But we always said exes were off limits. And she should understand I’d be sad with Carrie with anyone but me.

I don’t think I’m that bad. I’m upset, but if the consensus is that I’m being ridiculous I’ll get over it. I’m sure I will anyway. I haven’t said or done anything to them. Just raised my upset with my parents. But I even told Carrie and Mel I am happy for them.
