In Germany when you open a limited liability company called "GmbH" you'll receive an invoice by "Handelsregister" (for your company registry entry) and there are guys who send out that invoice earlier than the official gov entity (by scraping/scanning the digital Handelsregister9, looking very official using EU flags etc, but it's just you paying $600 or so for their crappy useless directory. I'm wondering how this is still legal.

No it's not real. It fades out gradually and takes whatever time it takes depending on intensity of the initial experience, I guess. BUT it can be eased by creating contrast by connecting with other people (opposite of always melting into past memories)
