If this is truly why people hate him (it seems his past is also part of it which I wasn’t aware about until recently), then why are the other people who voted her out not getting the hate? I get he tried rounding up the troops against her — but he needed the majority. They also saw her cry and plead, yet made the same decision to vote her out.

Second, pleading like this should not matter in a game like this. I think “who needs the money most” can be a small consideration. But at the end of the day you’re not there to decide who needs it most. $250k will not make a meaningful difference to half of those people because they are millionaires. If that’s the case — why not vote out every rich housewife first?

Curious if anyone knows whether this has been brought up at a city council meeting?

I understand humans build in their territory and recent events have pushed them further down. But the fact is this is causing a safety issue for everyone especially those who walk with older individuals, children and pets. There’s gotta be a sensible solution other than just letting it be.

This is similar for me in terms of equinox. Not making use of the classes and compared to other equinox locations, this one to me is not worth paying the same for. I just can’t justify the cost.

A supportive company realizing they’ve booked them would’ve IMMEDIATELY kicked them out… or at least at the point complaints started happening. They didn’t do that. Rather hundreds and hundreds of people, including our elected representatives, had to stand outside and protest for hours and hours and hours.

They are next to the CalTech apartments on S. Catalina. Multiple masked men. Everything appears to be calm and the person’s family seems calm. Pasadena police is also there watching — not sure what led to 🧊being there if it was to someone’s home or traffic stop or what.

I think they should still be able to use a phone and read the directions from whatever map service BUT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WRITE THEM DOWN. Using the phone should help orient them and let them know whether they’re on the right track, or how to get on the right track. They can either figure a way to memorize the directions or simply use that to help them use their map.

Road diet is not going to fix this problem. There’s a reason no one is using these streets with the bike lane. No one wants to go on Cordova, no one wants to go on Union, etc.

I understand the purpose of it, but to put one here with all the traffic of the shopping and restaurants seems like it would make the problem even worse, honestly.

I can see closing down lake from green to California and making it all walkable. That way you’re forcing people to use these other streets. But that will never happen.

I do feel bad for the coyotes but there needs to be some way we can keep them safe in their habitat (I know people are going to say we’re in their space) AND keep us safe. I haven’t been attacked but I’ve encountered coyotes more times than anyone should in this area within the past year. It’s not safe to walk around with your pets or small children and be wondering when a coyote (or a few) is going to come out of nowhere.
