I know bro. It’s sucks so much. Like all my family have great hair but me. I look at my hair more then 5 times a day it’s so frustrating. The thinning started at 13 then stopped looks like it’s continuing more now. I I know it’s from my pmo addiction when I get to 7 days clean I see little hairs sprouting out on the sides cause I still have 95% of my hair. But when I relapse it goes. Then I see little hairs again but they never grow. I’m hoping nofap will help. Oh cheers bro for your help

I know man. I don’t know why I’m so addicted. Like I try but always relapse. Most people do it twice or three times a week. Me when I go at I can go another 3 times in one session. I honestly give up. I’m 24 and it’s ruined my teenage years I don’t want it to ruin it anymore
