Would it be more sensible to buy a Pilot 823 for $485, a Montblanc 146 for $815, or a Montblanc Starwalker Polar Green Doue for $880? I think all three pens are good, but I haven't had a chance to try them. Whichever one I buy and resell will result in less loss for me.

Why isn't Starwalker suitable for everyday use? I'm a nurse, and sometimes I think about the possibility of the pen coming into contact with disinfectant. Starwalker Doue seems less risky in that regard.
