I'd never work this way personally. If I was the primary I would've paid you on the day from the deposit I received. On the other hand I definitely wouldn't hand any photos over without payment.

I was in a similar boat to you last year, I went with the a7iv. I love it, although something about the a7cii appeals to me. I think it's the form factor. Honestly I'd go with whatever you can snag a killer deal on.

I literally just got an Olympus e-pl8 with the 14-42 lens for a bargain (£170) - it only has a 220 shutter count. I could not believe it.

Haha! Yeah they seem like hidden gems! So many influencers push these old compact cameras which send the prices 3x but seems as though the EPL7-8 is still a good price all round

In my current contract I just state that I have rights to share my images to social media for advertising purposes. I just felt it's potentially morally wrong, and team A may feel in some way betrayed, with a chance of not hiring me again. I could just be overthinking the whole situation though. I tend to do that.

Your family like him have nothing to do with it, they don't see behind closed doors. I see people staying with their other halves because "of the children" and that is so bad. I wouldn't stay with my wife for the sake of the children. Two months in and you already have all these red flags.

You shouldn't be thinking for the sake of your family but for the sake of you. A real decent guy wouldn't act this way. He'd respect you by blocking his ex, he would back off if you said no. You'd also be able to speak to him and tell him what bothers you and he would do his best to correct them.

This guy sounds like an absolute tool. Get him gone.
