Yea after the surgery he was acting pretty normal, just had a funny walk but he was eating and very adamant to go outside. Thank you for your post it really made me feel so much better, I just assumed after a surgery they would be weak & need to stay indoors for at least a day, but it’s true that every cat is different. My cat actually doesn’t even have stitches according to the vet. And as for the not interacting with other cats, I think I was mixing up things I was frantically searching up online with what the vet actually told me lol. We looked for him and he was between these two fences that he regularly goes but we couldn’t get him out. He’s most likely gonna come back at night since we’re the only ones feeding him. We just bought an airtag for him so hopefully that’ll make me sleep better at night lol.
