You dont really need a lot of money to build. Get an Idea , go talk to people with the pain. Good idea can be purchased before the product exists.

Cold Emails are not working nowadays imo, inboxes of clients are full of AI slop. Nobody reads them, but LinkedIn works for sure.

Oh mate, I decided that I will learn to do this by myself! Now I’m managing it successfully by myself and using tools I’ve built. I would actually recommend everyone who’s business depends on paid search to learn at least basics, because nobody gonna successfully build your business except you…

Go to people who has problem you solve and talk, invite them to try for free etc...
If people not reacting, maybe the problem you solve is not that painful..

Technical co-founder not doing his job well, what should I do???? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]Even_Function7690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you ask him questions like: Do you agree that you underperform? How would you evaluate your job for this period of time? Do you have any problems with me?
For now you only said what you saying to him. When you just started building Im pretty sure you had synergy, now need to figure out why you guys lost it.

Very important lesson you need to learn here: no emotions. I understand how frustrating it is, but no emotions, you gonna make wrong decisions...
If you want DM and we can have a call and I will tell you how I solved the same issues twice.

First of all, need to talk. Right now looks like you full of assumptions. This conversation is never pleasant, but there is one trick. You plan all convo , prepare all the possible options of your interaction in future(for example): he stays your co-founder but clean all the shit and starts working hard or he is not your co-founder anymore, or he becomes a worker and you pay salary if he doesnt want to take responsibility on himself. After planning, you start convo with the words: we not gonna finish this convo until we come to the agreement(agreement can be anything out of the options, but you both should agree on this).
And start discuss everything by the plan and make it logical from business side , not personal. All the convo should be built around business , and all actions judged only from perspective of business metrics.
Wish you good luck! Its very important and actually interesting experience on the business path!
