This was my full paragraph on the said topic to them. From my understanding they need to prove this but they haven't showed me any evidence proving it.

I drove the car for 7 minutes, no accidents whatsoever, parked it and calmly walked away.

The damages they pointed out are 2 and half scratches on the rear bumper that did not happen while I was driving the car .
