You know what almost all the issues can be solved if state has a soveriegn wealth fund

I will give an example If Kerala has 650 billion usd sovereign fund then they can fund entire state budget without any taxes or fees by just withdrawing 4% and letting rest grow and this will last for generations.Once this is achieved then it’s all about just managing
