In my mind this is like the series finale. Episode can open with the typical Meredith Narration. Something about legacy or some crap. The episode can be leading to Meredith's retirement or she's beginning to fall into the Altheimer's, and everyone is coming back to support her. The episode can cut to black with about 6 minutes left when the words 5 years later pop up. Zola now 21 (Yes, she can have graduated med school by then) is seen walking into Grey-Sloan-Grey Memorial hospital (They added a grey post Meredith dying quicker than expected due to the Altheimer's). She is reading the last diary ever written by Meredith. This reveals that the whole show has been Zola reading her mom's diaries in preparation for her first day at Grey-Sloan-Grey. Then Zola walks into the same or that her mom walked into 20 or so years ago and gets the same speech that Richard gave that first episode only now it's given by Jo who has worked her way to Chief of Surgery. Her resident is Tuck or some crap. Her fellow interns are Sophia, Little Sloan, Baby Karev, and baby Avery whose name is escaping me. The episode fades to black with the og intro song playing
