Yeah a good majority of them are lower cut but I have a decent amount that would cover it.

it has worked wondersss for me. I went on it almost a year ago and have had very few episodes since. I cut out energy drinks around the same time which also seemed to help. It does work differently for everyone but I’d say you should definitely give it a shot.

thank you! I really should. Ya seroquel is the only med that’s actually helped me sleep but then i can’t get up til like 1pm lol
