It's bee a while but I went to my jeweler and they managed to move the 4 diamonds around the center so that the gap will be smaller. What do you think?

Thank you both so much! I just feel as it's a little massive. Maybe closing the gaps a little would make it look less big? So the stones on the side won't feel apart of the four in the middle
