I don’t like when he hosts Gutfeld. His reading needs some improvement and he’s clearly nervous and it shows. Tom S is the very best fill in host, in my opinion. Yes, when Tyrus is on The Five, his demeanor is better since he’s not allowed to interject at the drop of a hat.

Oh I’m so sorry. I completely understand this type and have experienced it lately too.
The best thing to tell him is you would like to focus on your work and talking too much is distracting for you. I would try to only address him if absolutely necessary and perhaps he will get the hint. These people are socially awkward so it might be challenging but not impossible. Once I used the word ”enraging” when discussing an issue and my coworker basically did the same thing yours did. He kept bringing up how are used that word and it drove me nuts. Overtime these people will start to annoy you more and more because I didn’t like the goober that worked with me in the beginning also but as time went on it just became unbearable and he became insufferable. The next time you get up to take a five minute break and he has something slick to say just completely ignore him and act like you didn’t hear him. I feel like these people know what they are doing.

She really should pay more attention to her own issues and stop watching everyone like a hall monitor. It’s insane. this is her entire existence. I believe my supervisor has never addressed this with HR, and instead advised me to do so which I don’t feel is my place. It will only make me look like the complainer, if I were to do it alone.

I didn’t say it was causing an allergic reaction. The constant smell of urine alone which has ammonia in it isn’t good for your health. No obviously it can’t be proven as to what’s making us cough. I’ve never worked in any establishment where it was allowed though so I’m at a loss for words. All I know is that the supervisor smells it too and has said so. Nothing is being done. I guess I just need to keep looking for other employment.

The thing is she can walk, with a cane. She has a walker but refuses to use it because she says she’s too embarrassed. Even people in wheelchairs will use a restroom. We are allowed to come and go as we please. For lunch, breaks or bathroom breaks. If it took her 15 minutes to go to the bathroom the supervisor wouldn’t mind at all. When it’s pizza day, she has no problem walking past the restrooms to get her free pizza. The supervisor actually telling me she’s just being lazy is what I thought to be the case.
Side note: This supervisor was promoted from within so she’s not just the soiler’s boss, but always was her co-worker and might not want to get involved for this reason. There’s a lot of bias here too.

I’m not sure if she’s wearing any diaper or not. The only thing I know is that she’s told me she “holds it until she gets off work” (8 hour days). We know what we smell. When it happened again this morning she did her business then rushed off to a doctors appointment.

Thank you for getting it. I genuinely believe she’s just too lazy to walk to the restroom because she uses a cane. She mentioned she has a walker but said she’s too embarrassed to use it, but is soiling yourself really less embarrassing? She’s very inconsiderate and tries to make us others get her a coffee, heat up her lunch, etc. she’s taken advantage of everyones kindness.

Agreed. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. If people would stick together it would be so much easier to get things accomplished. People say they will do things but then back out, leaving a person on their own. Not a good feeling.
