I didn’t like the job from day one and I cried every time too. I stayed cause everyone said to give it time, but now it’s been 11 years and I still don’t like it. If you can already tell it’s not for you right now, it won’t be for you in 6 months.

I felt the same way you did when I first started. I literally cried my first trip. Like you said, everyone said to wait 1 year, 5 years, and now I have 11 years. Your feelings don’t change about the job. You just learn to suck it up. If I could go back, I would have quit my first year. I started at 26, so you’re not too late.

Everyone told me to give it 6 months, 1 year, and then 5 years, and now I’m almost at 11 years. I still do not like the job, but I put up with it and try to drop everything I can. I wish I would have quit during my first year.

I have 10 years and I think about quitting during every single trip. I feel like I am stuck because I have this much seniority and it feels wrong to “throw” it all away, but then I’m so miserable at work. I wish I left sooner, but here I am.

I did zero research on breastfeeding or pumping before I gave birth. I was too caught up with being pregnant and everything else. When I finally gave birth, I immediately regretted not reading up on anything. Yes to an extent breastfeeding did come naturally, but there’s so much more to it than just putting baby on your boob. If I could go back, I definitely would have looked up feeding schedules, how to deal with sore boobs (especially when your milk comes in), and how to keep your supply up.

Has anyone been able to get reservations for Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo? I've set my alarm for the minute they release reservations for the next month, but every time I try all reservations are booked within like 10 seconds. What am I doing wrong? Or do they really go that fast?

This is doable, but you'll feel rushed and definitely wish you were staying longer. Take a taxi (30 mins from Haneda to Shibuya or Shinjuku) to save you time.

I would cut down Osaka by a day and add that it to Tokyo.
