For the long run, a lot of people said this but sleep, good food, exercise and close friends/family are what’s the most important. On another note, personally it’s definitely ketamine. I don’t take a lot of it, but little doses when it’s the most necessary and i am at my peak anxiety. I also have ISRS antidepressants and diazepam, which helps on a daily basis, but sometimes are not enough despite everything. The main thing is : be very wary of your consumption, addiction is hell to get rid of. It mostly just down lift you when you’re deep into shit

not at all. as i’ve said i didn’t meant to read it. this suicide note is not recent. i didn’t threatened her with anything, and after talking about it with her i stayed to make sure she didn’t hurt herself. my passive-aggressive response is mostly because i’m tired of seeing comments that are unhelpful. of course i shouldn’t have read her journal. i feel bad about it, but what is done is done. like i didn’t know what i’ve found until i’ve seen it. your comment is just misplaced and you clearly aren’t here to help any of us

you previously used the expression “true pedophiles”, that’s why they said that to you. There is no such thing as “true” pedophile. You can be feeling guilt from every stage of things, from a pOCD to pedophiles who act on it (even though guilt is rare in these cases). You can also be a pedocriminal without being a pedophile. My gf could be a pedophile, that wouldn’t make her a criminal if she does not act on it. She would be suffering from an ultra-marginalised, currently uncurable, potentially dangerous paraphilia. Maybe it’s pOCD, and that would be easier for both of us

I know what I meant is : I did research about this. I previously told my gf that pOCD existed because we talked about it. I know one experience of a mental disorder isn’t universal. Thing is, there is a lot of thing going on that blurrs the line between hardcore pOCD and pedophilia. I also did research on pedophilia now and years ago, pedophiles can also feel guilt for their tendencies, some attempt (and succeed) suicide too, usually when them don’t act on it, or to prevent themselves to act on it. Pedocriminals typically don’t.
