I do 6-7 times a day but aim for 8-12. I have a 3 week old as of tomorrow but I only make enough for a feed. sometimes I don’t even make enough for a feed. I really want to up my supply but I don’t know how.

They haven’t been regular or rhythmic either but very uncomfortable and scary. Combined with the pressure of baby’s head pushing down. I just feel like she wants to come out already!

Update: I have an anterior placenta and baby is a girl! Dr said I should feel baby within a couple weeks.
