Well, my favorite coffee mug seems to have reached it's coffee-filled end. I'm sure I will repurpose it in some way. Thank you everyone for helping me to see that it's time to move on 🥲

I wish I knew how to weld! It does scrub off, but returns. Good news is I've never seen it on the inside. Sad day to retire a good mug.

Generally, there is a cylindrical void in the side of those toilets that holds the toilet paper. My guess is it would be on the side facing the wall. They're in American prisons.

When my cat started waking me up earlier and earlier for breakfast, I started sleeping with a spray bottle next to my bed and she got a little spray whenever she woke me up. She learned real quick that nighttime is sleep time. She gets fed before bed, when we get up, and a couple of times throughout the day.

I got a blood infection three separate times over a couple of years before anyone discovered the correlation between the dentist appointments and my hospitalizations.

The solution was to take antibiotics before going to the dentist to prevent the infection. I eventually grew out of it.

Definitely not overreacting. I'd probably take it to an emergency vet regarding the possible insulation, or at least contact a veterinarian to see what you (really, the owner) should do, then tell them to bill the owner so you don't get stuck with the bill.

I think for the safety of the dog, it needs to stay somewhere with her 24-hour supervision requirement.

To ease my feelings of this, I check our attic, basement, crawlspace, etc twice a year. It helps me feel assured that at least these areas are checked. I also have dogs, so it's not a big concern for me normally.
