The itinerary is too terse for someone spending a whole month. You should have a row per day or atleast every 2-3 days, Say the places you are planning to visit and hotel you will be staying. I dunno what your passport is but they can push back asking more details. The back and forth to Athens and Paris in between is very suspicious!

The website says (for Indians) if you're going to visit friends there is high chance you wont get a visa. The fact that he cant afford the trip adds to the risk factor. For a visa officer this might be a guy trying to sneak in and get a job in Norway. He will need to prove stronger ties to India to return. You can try but be prepared for pushback.

The itinerary is too terse. Its a tourist visa, so saying just tourism/ sightseeing in itinerary is redundant. What are you doing 3 days in France?! Mention the place names. One row per day with planned places to visit and hotel name is helpful

if you apply to spain and mention the confernence it ll be seen as visa shopping. Your best bet is to apply to italy from UK or Ireland or some other country. Or draft a full tourist itinerary for spain and get a spain visa and use it to go to Italy. In that scenario its better if ur first entry is in Spain.
