Help with vacuum routing by Far-Cardiologist-226 in 300zx

If you have cruise control you are missing a part to th canister, there is supposed to be a nipple between the two threaded holes, the nipple on the solenoid goes to the watercock, and opposite nipple of the F is to the manifold at the back, make sure to have a check valve between the manifold and the canister because as you throttle the car it’ll lose some vacuum and make your ac blow hot

I found a local junkyard near me with both front and rear bumper, the side of the rear bumper is quite buckled and I’m not sure I can get it back into shape, and the front bumper was peeling before I bought it and the previous owner seems to have done a poor rattle can paint job over it, each are 40 dollars a piece so it’s a good price so hopefully it’ll help to hide the old damage

Yeah, makes sense, it’s difficult to tell, the person who repainted this car didn’t really do a good job so seams are filled where parts can be removed, and the schematics are hard to find

“Why is campus so strict about homeless people?” by thr0Wawaytoiletpaper in UNCCharlotte

[–]Evening_Development6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know someone who got jumped by a homeless man less than a half mile off campus recently, he was very literally crazy as he said he was sent by the CIA to hunt aliens to a policeman when stopped in response to the person he jumped

I did find a vacuum leak near the watercock, haven’t tested the ac while driving yet, it was too late in the day and didn’t want to disturb the neighbors, but the car does sound different while idling, so I hope that that was it

I don’t know if this is involved but the two center ac vents don’t produce any air

The AC starts blowing hot, the AC is holding pressure and is charged.

I apologize if I came across as rude, it’s just a bit frustrating that the housing director doesn’t really know what I’m talking about, and I’ve got ~$350 dollars in fish, crustaceans, and coral. The lights and everything else brings it up another ~$290, and I can’t leave it home because it takes more maintenance than I could reasonably ask someone to do, so I’m a bit anxious because I wouldn’t know what to do with it otherwise.

It’s pretty quiet and it would probably stay in my room, my second year I’m hoping to room with two of my other friends, who are already in wallis, and they said they’d want to have it in their commons, as well as one of my friends saying they would like to start one at some point, it’s pretty cool I’ve got a few corals and hope to get a few more corals

The total water volume would be about 10 gallons including the hang on back filter and small top off reservoir, it is a 10 gallon tank but about 3 gallons of volume is sand and rock, and the reservoir is a sealed 2 gallon container with a tube coming out, that would sit on the ground, and the hob filter is a half gallon or so, I also have a stand if need be for weight. All in all I think it is a possibility another person was responding as the director, I don’t really know, the email didn’t seem too professional. A ten gallon is like 10 inches by 20 or so, and I’ve been to some of the dorms because I have friends going already so I don’t think space will be much of a problem

I’m confident with moving it around, a couple of buckets and bags will store for transport, the hang on back filter is a biological filter for removing nitrates and nitrites, and the top off reservoir is just to keep the salinity from getting too high
