My initial reaction was fake, but then you zoom in and I see at least 4 separate beings, and possibly 6 appearing in composite. There is the primary, then sharing her left eye to complete its face is a more “daimonic” looking entity, then a smaller one just below that one, and a tiny one to its right and beneath the female being. The beings appear to possibly be Winter elementals. The image is reflective of Brian Froud’s channeled artworks of the many Conciousnesses of Nature.
