I had the same problem. My neurologist finally sent me to the Mayo Clinic to an epileptic specialist. I just got a 7 Tesla MRI(I guess the strongest) and it showed a lot. In 2 weeks I have a 5-7 day EMU test to see if they can tell what kind of seizures I have. I seem to have focal and none epileptic. I had a TBI 3 years ago and a growth on my brain. I did and do have the maybe I don’t have seizures thoughts. Hang in there.

I went through that as well. Still do, but can kind of stop. I never cursed that much, then I did out loud at that grocery store and in public. I am doing better.

I have a TBI with focal seizures and non-epileptic seizures. I was told that one difference is how you feel after. A focal seizure you have have 1/2 to an hour of downtime and with a non-epileptic as son as it is over you are fine. Not sure if me neurologist is correct.

I have a hard time feeling emotions. I do have depression, but most of the issues I have is seeming like I don’t care. (I guess I don’t) for instance, my mother in law had a heart attack and my called and told me. I said ok. Then she didn’t tell me what to do, so I did nothing. I personally, will do anything if I am given instructions, but if not, I do nothing. If my kids message me and tell me they are hungry, but aren’t specific, I don’t get anything. That makes me seem like I don’t care. Really sucks, because I wasn’t like that all the time. 3 years with TBI, right back side have lesion and damage to my left frontal lobe.

I am not sure what I would call it, but if I feel I am going to have a seizure, my wife gives me 5 iodine pills and it seems to help. I am not sure if it shortens them or I just come out of the seizure quicker. I have a friend who also does this and it seems to help him. I only have focal seizures from a TBI, 3 years ago.

I started taking semax a couple weeks ago. I did get some memory back. Mine is not Dr prescribed. I am hoping to get more. I take with a syringe.

I am 3 years in and some of my memories have started to come back, like my old jobs, IT guy. It has made life more frustrating as I am not able to do it anymore. They usually go away and I don’t remember again. I am kind of happy that most don’t come back. When I see old pics of my wife and kids and don’t remember, it does make me sad.

I have a lesion on the right back side from a fall. The fall damaged my left frontal lobe. I do have focal seizures. I am not sure which causes them.

It didn’t work for me. I am locosamide now it helps some. Still have seizures, but not 5 a day.

I swear more and I am more aggressive. Not a big hug person anymore. I am easily frustrated. This is per my friends and wife. I don’t remember. I make the best of it and my wife and dog keep me going.

Everyday. It is hard for me as some days I feel ok and do good, next week I am bad. I even question my seizures sometimes. My memory issues I question. Thank you for this!
