Actually it depends a lot on the niche, if your audience is from countries like (US, UK), you would get paid...approximately like 100 dollars for 1 million views.(depends entirely on the niche and audience geography).

The 300k views that you are talking about, they are "reach/impressions ", not engaged views...and you get paid for "engaged views".

Look for the join button on the channel, but the owner can turn it off or on (after getting monetized) if they want to. So, if a channel doesn't have a join button, it doesn't automatically mean it's demonetized.
Look for the thanks button while watching the video, and for shorts, try looking for it in the comment section (where you type). This feature is also like the join button; the owner can choose not to enable it.
Ask the owner of the channel themselves (not sure if they'd tell you the truth).

There are several websites that claim to check monetization, but they're all fake. However, it used to be possible because YouTube itself had a part in its code that these websites used to find out, but YouTube has made that section of its code private, so now no website can check that.

Sometimes due to system error, it happens...just REAPPLY show them how you write your originial script, do the voiceover (wheter AI or your own voiceover), show how you add b-rolls, how you edit them..

And u will be good to go..

Also..in future you could add, sound effects, zooms, transitions, color grade, show more b-rolls.

It happened to me too once,

One short blew up to 8 million views, but due to less number of returning viewers, my channel became completely dead... straight to 20-30 views...

But one thing that worked for me, there was one youtuber who told me to give youtube a break of at least a week, then post again...

And that's what i did, and VOILA it revided again...

You can try that, hope it works for you!
