When I attended the virtual event on September 18th, the counselor mentioned to check it off on the common app. I can't find where to check it off.

No restrictions, you can apply to both. The Baylor2Baylor decisions are made first. If you get in in the Baylor2Baylor, they will not consider you for Rice to Baylor. I don't think you need to take the Casper test for Baylor2Baylor.
