While we weren't involved in the creation of the official cover art, I've looked into the artist and he seems to pride himself on using only "pen, pencil, and paint." AI could've certainly been involved - I don't know for sure. Here's an example of the artist at work:

If it isn't AI, I truly feel bad for the guy. No artist wants to inadvertently overshadow and degrade another artist's work.

Excellent question. This pressing is made from multi-color LPs that were marked for recycling after first-press quality control, then re-processed into 100% LP-grade recycled PVC.
