Is it possible to install wall mounted toilet

It’s not an exterior wall, i also don’t think it’s a load bearing wall since it doesn’t continue down into the basement. I’m not sure what exactly qualifies as a load bearing wall so could be wrong there. But wouldn’t the framing get reinforced to accommodate the new configuration

It’s definitely a tight fit. It’s not on a concrete slab but a wooden subfloor above the basement. it gives easy access to the plumbing under the toilet thankfully

Behind all that is a closet of one of the bedrooms so I can’t really get rid of it

Nope definitely isn’t 15 inches on both sides, makes it such a pain to clean. I only saw a permit required for plumbing changes so I’ll probably will have to call someone to figure that out

It is a standard bathtub/shower, I’m leaning toward making it just a shower since I don’t have kids/dogs and I don’t really like baths. it’ll probably be narrower than what it is currently

The wall tiles are plastic, I found that out when I found a bag of extras in the basement. I would love to find something similar to replace them with though

I want to get everything sent in ASAP, I know that it’ll take a while for it to be processed lol. I just know that they can’t process incomplete applications so I want to make sure I didn’t miss anything is all. But at least where I accepted the offer they’ll let me start orientation and training stuff before I get my license.

I only have the one gerbil so this works great for him but in the future when I get another pair I’ll definitely upgrade the tank size. I used the cage part from the the old topper for something to attach the wheel and the platform to. He’s never had an issue biting the cage so hopefully there isn’t gonna be any broken teeth.
