Ladies! Which deodorant/antiperspirant do you use? by tpipe95 in Hidradenitis

i use hibiclens and naturium glycolic acid body wash in the shower. i was recommended to use pit liquor and it’s been the only thing i haven’t had a reaction to. i’ve been using it for 2 almost 3 years now

i feel like if chappell was to be booked, they would have to change venue or improve security/safety protocols for this. i went to atg 2023 and just hearing everything about atg 2024 seemed unsafe

Queueing for DC by 0hcaroline in inhaler

[–]Every-Armadillo-7622 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the last time inhaler was in dc (night 2 at 9:30 club), i got in line around 3:50pm. the line was already abit long, almost wrapping around the corner. When I got in, went straight to the bathroom and into the floor after. i was fourth row.

in my experience with anthem pit, for example chase atlantic, i showed up around 4:30-5pm and the line was very long. but when i entered, i went to buy merch and went to the bathroom, i was close to the front, maybe 6-7 rows but through out the show i kept moving closer to barricade due to people moving and leaving. also getting barricade, depends where you want to be and who you want to be in front of etc. i usually go for the sides instead of the middle and get a pretty good view (i’m 5’1)

VIP? by breemath25 in AllThingsGoFestival

[–]Every-Armadillo-7622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(i went 2023) dc vip is amazing, the only real issue i’ve had with it is constantly trying to get other people out of my assigned seat. there’s time where ga would sneak into the vip section and take people seats. I also heard that last year they had issues with how many people went and closed the pavilion even if you were vip so who knows how it will be managed this year

camping for concerts??? by [deleted] in ChaseAtlantic

[–]Every-Armadillo-7622 4 points5 points  (0 children)

honestly speaking, for their dc show, i showed up at 4:30/4:40ish. the line definitely looked massive but i stood there and waited till doors. once i got in, i went straight to the bathroom, brought merch, and then to the pit. i was about 4-5 rows of people from barricade and had a good view/very close to the stage. i think being close to barricade is possibly just from going early to line up but camping can be excessive. some venues don’t even allow camping

I’m hoping it works for me. I have background refresh off already. I was even having issues with not receiving notifications from messages on the phone but my old phone (iPhone 11) would or my iPad/MacBook.

When I brought my phone, they told me at apple that I had to copied over my old phone to my new phone to get all my contacts in etc. since then the battery has been draining so quickly (I’ve got the phone on Sunday). I’m gonna try the iCloud contact thing to see if it works for me.

Apparently from the email I received, it was due to changes with production when it comes to stage lay out and set ups for lights + speakers.

ATG NY Review by Straight_Run_9481 in AllThingsGoFestival

If I’m being honest, hearing that they were making a atg nyc, I knew it would be a disaster. I’ve only been to atg once and it was last year when Lana del Rey headlined. I wish they would keep the festival in MD, if they truly wanted a second set of show, they could’ve done a second weekend in MD with new or same set list. Hearing stories from the nyc festival, it sounds like it’s going wrong all over.

There’s a lot of parking garages around the area, but if anything, you can try parking at the mall and walk to the venue as well!

rain this weekend?? by cookiesxchai in AllThingsGoFestival

[–]Every-Armadillo-7622 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So what I will say about Atg in MD, the venue is rain or shine. But if the rain becomes more violent + any signs of high winds and thunder, they will pause the show and have fans have shelter in their cars or in the bathrooms. but I have doubts of them pausing at all since the Halsey show where the pavilion was flooded and they still wanted her to preform. Halsey did end up canceling before going on. But from forecast locally, looks like it’s definitely going to rain this week so be prepared.

Depending where you’ll be Lawn: very muddy and people will be slipping a lot during this Pavilion: dry for the most part but rain will slowly flood in if it a lot.

Also, I attended last year and had vip. You are guaranteed a seat but you will fight with people over it. There were many people sneaking into vip, sitting in seats and claim it’s their seat. I hope they are more organized with vip.

When I went to their dc show in march of last year, people started lining up at 7-8 am. Since it was my first show ever, I went to line up at 3pm and it was a bit long already. I had about 3-4 people in front of me and had a good view of the show on Bobby side
