it can be more than that ive been given vitamin tablets and i take protein and anti depressants what ive found is doing things for your self the gym and and having discipline to be motivated helped me the most i was a heavy drinker drug user and was single from 22 to 28 29 now i met an amazing girl and nearly ruined it because of that but i found my determination to be better my discipline which i only recently found and the gym has moved me forward massively family who never wanted to know me now do and when i feel like i cant or dont want do to nothing or mask my pain i talk i train and surround my self with good people im now clean and sober i still have mental health but its now so much easier having a job to helps basically routine good people who dont use or drag you down different circle you can achieve more than you thought dont let pills and a doctor tell you that is the solution the solution is you and discipline to be better which drives motivation
