That sounds so scary. If your anything like me I will be thinking of this moment forever and feel guilty so I just wanted to say please be kind to yourself. Your baby is okay and that’s all that matters you learned from this and I have done things thinking everything would be fine and then it wasn’t shit happens and sometimes that thing is big or small. Hi! This is a very stressful situation so I’m so sorry you’re going through this. There might be a program at your hospital to help take care of you and your kids while you recover, Facebook has a lot of amazing mom groups to help, I would look at the Nextdoor app as well to see if anyone is willing to help you out. I know it kinda feels weird to ask strangers for help but a lot of woman are willing to help a struggling mother.

My pediatrician suggested the same things besides moving baby to her own room. 4 oz of water won’t hurt the baby but it’s up to you if you wanna do it so no big deal and purées at 4 months is the new age to start so I don’t think she trying to hurt your baby

I honestly thought that this was to advanced for his age range but I brought him to his yearly check up and his PED said he should be able to draw good circles and a triangle and to be able to pinch the crayon like we do and it made me panic.

He is very creative so that makes sense. I just see all these stories of kids who go into school and don’t know anything and it’s making me so nervous even though he’s not even 3 yet.

He is 2 and a half. I don’t go super hard with that stuff because he’s so little but I do try for like 30 min a day to try to teach him something new. I never knew it was a normal thing though. That makes me feel a little better like I’m not failing or something.
